When presenting a candidate to a prospective employer, CCL attempts to become thoroughly familiar with his/her background. Our goal is to present the best qualified candidates to our client companies in a timely and professional manner. We identify the outstanding characteristics of each candidate. We accomplish this through a comprehensive process that includes telephone screenings, face-to-face interviews, written material, degree verification and reference checking.

Additionally, we assist the candidate in obtaining the most up-to-date information about the client’s company, products, history, people and opportunities for growth. Our goal is to create both a personal and professional “match” for each candidate and bring an exceptional employee to every client we serve.

CCL is a member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), the worldwide professional association for retained executive search consulting firms. Our candidates can also submit their profiles to BlueSteps, an AESC career service, for further consideration.

A: Yes. We work on behalf of our clients to fill middle-manager and senior executive positions. We are not a placement or temp agency. We do not provide career coaching. Additionally, our assignments typically require that our candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. If you are an experienced executive currently in a middle-manager or senior executive role and are interested in being considered for future opportunities, please, feel free to submit your resume.

A: Our clients and assignments do not typically call for expatriates or those individuals looking to relocate to the United States.

Q: What if there is an opportunity for which I’m qualified but I live in a different state?
A: Our clients will typically provide relocation assistance, unless otherwise specified.
